LEADER funding for Emma's Springerle

 

"Tradition promoted by Europe: with the support of LEADER funding Mittlere Alb we could open September 2019 Emma's Springerlemanufaktur with the world's largest exhibition and sale of Springerle model and welcome Springerle lovers. In the manufactory we produce Emma's Springerle in our glass production. Tradition and craftsmanship to look at and touch! Through the support it has become possible for us to sell and produce the Springerlemodel and the pastry full-time. We thank LEADER for this and are happy that Springerle have found a home in the Old Warehouse in the heart of the Swabian Alb."
