Anise bread

Aniseed bread is a speciality from southern Germany that has fallen into oblivion and is once again lovingly hand-rolled with us using the finest ingredients.

In Emma's Springerle Manufaktur, all ingredients for the anise bread are weighed by hand and processed into a fine loose mass before it is baked in the stone oven, cut into slices and then toasted until crispy. An exceptional pleasure, with the best ingredients and a lot of joy in baking.
